It is eyebrow-raising when university graduates face high unemployment levels due to absence of opportunities or the lack of employability skills and abilities needed in the corporate world. Thus, the purpose and objective of this paper is to broadly look at the employability of university graduates in the constantly changing world of work. The paper uses Development in Planning and Management graduates from the University of Limpopo (UL) as a case study to gain relevant data for evaluating the factors of development of employability practices for graduates of universities in addressing labour market needs accurately.
